I'm a
communication
fixer.
I walk into organizations that are overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck — and I fix what's broken. Not with more content or a bigger budget. With clarity, structure, and a system that actually works.
I've been doing this since the 90s. I've helped raise nearly $200 million for causes that matter. And I've never once solved a marketing problem that wasn't actually a strategy problem in disguise.

Most organizations aren't broken. They're just blurry.
When I come in, I'm not looking for what's missing. I'm looking for what's misaligned — the gap between the work you're doing and the results you're getting.
That gap almost always comes down to one of four things.
- →Your message isn't landing. You're saying the right things in the wrong order, to the wrong people, in the wrong place.
- →Your team is executing without a strategy. Everyone's busy. Nothing's moving. There's no common language for what success looks like.
- →Your content isn't converting. You're producing, posting, emailing — and getting polite engagement with no actual action.
- →You don't have a system. Everything runs through one person's head. It can't scale and it can't survive a bad quarter.
Three ways in. One standard of work.
A deep diagnostic of your current communications — messaging, channels, audience, and strategy. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's broken, what's working, and exactly what needs to happen next.

How every engagement starts.
15 minutes. We talk through where you are, what you're trying to fix, and whether we're a good fit. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation.
If we're a fit, I put together a scope built around your actual situation — not a template. We agree on what we're building before any work begins.
We execute through the Core4 framework: assess, target, validate, engage. Every decision has a reason. Every result gets measured.
Results they remember.
I don't take on clients I can't help. That means every engagement starts with an honest conversation about whether the fit is right — and what success actually looks like for your organization.

Do you work with for-profit companies or just nonprofits?
Both. The Core4 framework works for any organization that communicates with an audience — which is all of them. My background is rooted in the nonprofit world, but the principles apply everywhere. For-profit clients typically land in the upper half of the rate ranges.
What's the minimum engagement?
The Core4 Audit is a standalone one-time engagement starting at $3,000. Retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment. The Discovery Call is free — everything else is built around a real scope of work.
How quickly can we get started?
Once we've aligned on scope and the agreement is signed, most engagements kick off within two weeks.
Do you bring a team or is it just you?
I function as strategic lead on every engagement. For production and execution work, I bring a dedicated team of freelancers — videographers, designers, writers, social media managers — scoped to what the project actually needs. Senior-level strategy without agency overhead.
What if we're not sure what we need?
That's what the Discovery Call is for. Bring your situation and we'll figure it out together. The Core4 Audit is often the right starting point when you're not sure — it gives you a clear map before committing to anything bigger.
